You are the Data Controller; Marketlyo is the Data Processor.

2. Types of Data

We process contact data, marketing interactions, automation logs, and usage analytics.

3. Purpose

We process Customer Data solely to operate and improve the Platform.

4. Security Measures

Encryption, controlled access, firewalls, intrusion monitoring, and staff confidentiality.

5. Subprocessors

Used for hosting, messaging, analytics, and payments.

6. International Transfers

Data may be stored overseas. All subprocessors follow APP-aligned protections.

7. Access, Deletion & Portability

Requests completed within 30 days.

8. Breach Notification

We will follow the Notifiable Data Breach (NDB) scheme.

9. Data Deletion

Data removed 30–60 days after termination unless legally required.
