Marketlyo – Service Terms

These Service Terms explain how Marketlyo onboarding, platform access, and support services work.
By using Marketlyo, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.

1. Platform Access

Marketlyo is a subscription-based software platform.

Your monthly subscription provides:

• Access to the Marketlyo platform

• Use of features based on your selected onboarding plan

• System monitoring and maintenance

The monthly subscription does not include ongoing labour, custom work, or unlimited support.

2. Onboarding Plans

Onboarding plans are one-time setup services designed to configure and launch your system.

Onboarding may include:

• Platform configuration

• Funnel, CRM, and automation setup (based on selected plan)

• Go-live assistance

• A limited post-launch support period

Onboarding fees are one-time only and are not recurring.

3. Post-Launch Support

Each onboarding plan includes a limited post-launch support period:

• Starter Onboarding: 7 days

• Growth Onboarding: 14 days

• Premium Onboarding: 30 days

Post-launch support is intended for handover and stabilisation only.

It covers:

• Bug fixes related to the original setup

• Minor configuration corrections

• Clarifications related to the delivered system

Post-launch support does not include:

• New funnels or automations

• Major changes or rebuilds

• Ongoing optimisation

• New features or integrations

4. Ongoing Support

Ongoing support is optional and paid.

After the post-launch support period ends:

• Support is available via paid Support Plans, or

• As one-off hourly work

There is no free or unlimited ongoing support included with any onboarding or subscription.

5. Support Plans & Additional Work

Support Plans provide ongoing assistance for maintaining and improving existing setups.

The following are not included unless purchased separately:

• New system builds or major changes

• Complex automation redesigns

• Advertising management

• SEO or content creation

• Custom software development

• Advanced third-party integrations

All additional work must be approved before commencement.

6. Fair Use

Marketlyo reserves the right to:

• Limit requests that exceed the scope of purchased services

• Require upgrades or additional fees for excessive or complex requests

7. Payments & Refunds

• Subscription fees are billed monthly

• Onboarding fees are one-time and non-refundable once work has commenced

• Support Plans may be cancelled at any time and apply on a monthly basis

8. Acceptance

By using Marketlyo services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Service Terms.
