Support is not free and not unlimited.
You choose the level of support based on how actively you want your system managed.

Support is designed to help you maintain, adjust, and optimise your existing setup.

Support Can Help With

• Fixing issues or bugs related to the existing setup

• Small configuration changes

• Funnel, form, or CRM adjustments

• Automation tweaks within existing workflows

• Email or SMS template updates

• General guidance and platform assistance

Support focuses on improving what already exists, not building new systems.

What Support Does Not Include

The following services are not included in support packages and are billed separately:

• New funnels built from scratch

• New automation systems or major workflow rebuilds

• Advertising management (Google / Facebook)

• SEO or content creation

• Custom software development

• Advanced third-party integrations

Any work outside the existing setup will be quoted separately.
